Engineering Manager

Direct and oversee the full engineering lifecycle of neuroscience devices.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary technical liaison with the marketing/product management team, translating commercial and clinical requirements into clear, verifiable engineering specifications.
- Coordinate with partners and suppliers on new technology introduction, process validation, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with global HQ engineering and R&D teams to ensure alignment on technology platforms and strategic objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership/management role within the medical device industry.
- Direct experience with electromechanical medical devices; experience with neuro-diagnostic or neuro-stimulation equipment (EEG, EMG, TENS, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English, and Chinese is a plus.
