Location: Nongkhae, Saraburi

Working Hours: Monday - Friday and 1 or 2 Saturdays/ month

Job Description:

  • Oversee mold fabrication and engineering processes (CAD/CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Polishing, Assembly)
  • Control and monitor mold production and achieve department KPIs
  • Lead production meetings and follow up on progress and targets
  • Ensure product quality and implement improvement actions
  • Coordinate with customers on orders, delivery, and quality issues
  • Manage supplier performance to maintain capacity and quality
  • Control department budget and cost reduction initiatives
  • Train and supervise staff to meet quality and ISO standards

Required work experience:

  • Education: Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Science or any related field
  • At least 7 years in Mold Fabrication / New Mold Making / Mold Production Process
  • Skill : UG NX Design, GstarCAD
  • Team working and Excellent command on verbal and written communication in English
  • Position requires a matured professional with strong leadership quality with pleasing personality
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing
