Job Responsibility:

  • Perform electrical system audit inside and outside manufacturing area with safety team per NFPA  standard and Thailand law.
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance facility system, Problem solving to ensure the readiness of all facility system in order to achieve safety and Law required.
  • Perform improvement and corrective action, Preventive action and Predictive action to improve safety, machine efficiency and eliminate breakdown.
  • Leading technicians Leading technicians for system troubleshooting troubleshooting, repair determine cause of failure and implement corrective action.
  • Creating predictive maintenance plans and preforming PM check.
  • Creating technical equipment specification and/or drawing working with suppliers to negotiate specification, Manufacture, Validate and installation of equipment.
  • Ensure compliance to safety policies and procedure. Knowledgeable about Lock out tag out.
  • To support, check/record all concerning electrical safety condition in facilities department and MFG.
  • Designing and improving electrical systems.
  • Evaluating electrical system, electrical safety condition, reliability and performance
  • Makes sure that environment in plant is in good condition at all time.
  • Keeps updated plant layout and utilities to be used as department information.
  • Design and modify / improve existing systems using best engineering and high efficiency and less Energy consumption systems and provide the department accurate information.
  • Motivates and supervise subordinate to ensure that safe, good housekeeping and working.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree Electrical and Mechanical Engineer.
  • Experience: 3+ Years
  • Required Skill : In electrical safety condition, Analysis/develop electrical safety work in facilities department and MFG.
  • Required Training: Electrical safety condition, Supervisor or Energy saving programs.
