The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our fashion lifestyle brand store at Bangkok CBD, close to MRT & BTS. In this role, you will be fully responsible for the overall store performance, team leadership, and daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong retail leader to make a meaningful impact in a flagship location.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including staff scheduling, sales performance, inventory control, and customer service
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 7 store staff to ensure high engagement, productivity, and service excellence
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, promotions, and operational improvements
  • Ensure outstanding customer experience by maintaining brand standards and service quality at all times
  • Monitor and analyze store KPIs, sales reports, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising and marketing teams to execute in-store displays and campaigns
  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store staff to support continuous development
  • Ensure the store maintains excellent standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, and compliance
  • Take full accountability for store performance, including targets, budgets, and operational results
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Store Manager role, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a senior supervisory position
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Solid track record in driving sales, achieving targets, and improving store performance
  • Demonstrated initiative in proposing new ideas, embracing challenges, and driving continuous improvement
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and basic financial control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle retail, and customer experience
  • Fluency in Thai and English
  • Must be available to work 6 days per week, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday); regular days off will be scheduled on weekdays
