As a
Client Partner
, you will be at the heart of Spotify's advertising growth in
Thailand
, helping advertisers and agencies leverage our platform to reach audiences effectively. You will combine strategic insight with hands-on execution, driving results while strengthening long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Advertisers: Collaborate with local teams of national and international advertisers to understand their objectives, recommend best practices, and develop effective Spotify campaigns.
• Grow New Business: Proactively identify and develop new client opportunities.
• Drive Campaign Success: Help advertisers plan, execute, and measure campaigns, offering insights to optimize performance and grow revenue through renewals and upsells.
• Monitor Performance: Analyze campaign results daily, provide actionable recommendations, and ensure campaigns exceed expectations.
• Coordinate Internally: Work closely with ad-operations and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and optimization.
• Manage Client Terms: Oversee payment structures, invoicing, and contractual agreements.
• Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of the evolving digital media landscape and adapt to Spotify's ongoing product innovations.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or agencies.
• Proven ability to build and strengthen client relationships, manage complex accounts, and influence business decisions.
• Track record of translating marketing objectives into measurable results.
• Experience optimizing campaigns using data-driven insights to improve performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive, and able to thrive in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketplace and competitive landscape.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
