As a Managing Principal specializing in the Banking, Insurance and Financial Services sector, you will partner closely with the Leadership team to drive business development and expand our presence within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance domains. Leveraging your industry expertise and network, you will identify, shape, and sell high‑value digital consulting engagements. This role is ideal for a self‑driven sales leader who thrives in an agile, innovative environment. You will manage both existing accounts and new business opportunities across Thailand.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute growth-focused sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the end‑to‑end sales process, articulating value propositions and competitive differentiators while capturing client insights and feedback.
- Drive opportunities for digital and data-led transformation within banking and insurance clients.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and communicate relevant positioning strategies and solution approaches.
- Actively co-create proposals and support RFP/RFI responses.
- Maintain accurate and updated sales pipeline information and assist with related administrative activities.
- Partner with customers to deeply understand their needs, challenges, and growth aspirations.
- Collaborate with teams across accounts, industries, and practices to solve complex business problems.
- Provide visibility into strategic account shifts, including budget changes and priorities impacting sales efforts.
What You'll Bring
- 10–12 years of professional experience in leading management consulting or digital transformation roles within the insurance and/or banking industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital innovation and transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of digital and data capabilities (e.g., analytics, AI, RPA) within the banking/insurance landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, with the ability to articulate compelling value propositions.
- Proven ability to develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients and ecosystem partners.
- Experience working cross-functionally to identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate meaningful business insights.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, and comfortable in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- A strong professional network and a successful track record of sourcing and winning new business is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Thai and English.
- Thai nationality required
