Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Pathway & Curriculum Guidance
  • Provide guidance across Thai and international curricula (Thai, American, British/IGCSE–A Level, IB).
  • Advise students on entrance requirements for upper-secondary programs (M.4, IGCSE, Pre-IB, A-Level).
  • Support students in preparing for exams such as SAT, IELTS, BMAT, and other subject-specific examinations.
  • Guide students through university pathways, admissions processes, and portfolio development.
  • Recommend enrichment courses and activities aligned with students' academic and career goals.
  • Monitor and review student academic progress; collaborate with academic teams to plan appropriate support interventions.
2. Family Collaboration
  • Meet with parents to discuss academic planning, curriculum choices, and university pathways.
  • Provide clear and accurate explanations of major curricula and admissions processes.
  • Support families in evaluating and choosing pathways that align with student strengths and long-term aspirations.
3. Collaboration with Teachers
  • Work with teachers to identify student strengths to support academic planning.
  • Assist with key curriculum transitions (IGCSE, Pre-IB, American HS, Thai M.4).
  • Co-create academic and career exploration activities and events.
4. Student Safety & Well-Being
  • Respond to student concerns and emergencies in alignment with safeguarding procedures.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and professional counseling records.
5. Program Development
  • Improve and refine guidance services using data collection and review.
  • Support student orientation programs, parent information sessions, and school transition initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field.
  • Valid Teacher Professional License (ใบประกอบวิชาชีพครู) or eligibility to obtain one.
  • 1–2 years of teaching experience in an international or bilingual school environment (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Thai and international curricula (Thai, American, British/IGCSE–A Level, IB).
  • Experience supporting students in academic planning, university preparation, or curriculum transitions (an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Strong organizational skills, documentation accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Commitment to student well-being, safeguarding, and data-driven guidance practices.
