Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service & Application Engineer to join our team.

This hybrid role (50% Service / 50% Application) will support customers through equipment installation, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting, as well as application support, training, and product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical capability, customer-oriented thinking, and excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities

Service Engineering (50%)

  • Perform installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of systems at customer sites or remotely.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and prepare accurate service reports in English.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, coordinating with regional and factory-level support when necessary.
  • Manage spare parts and service tools efficiently.
  • Support warranty, service contracts, and after-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Application Engineering (50%)

  • Provide technical and application support to customers and the sales team.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and application testing in English.
  • Assist in pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions, preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product configurations or technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documents, manuals, and training materials in English.
  • Collect feedback from customers to support continuous improvement and product development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field).
  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical service or application support position.
  • Strong command of English — fluent speaking and clear technical writing are essential.
  • Hands-on experience with field installation, troubleshooting, or system integration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technical or diagnostic software.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally (up to 70% of the time).
