Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company in litigation cases, arbitration, and legal proceedings. Prepare legal defenses, plaints, and evidence for court hearings.
  • Oversee and manage cases related to Civil and Commercial codes, Labor disputes, and other relevant legal matters.
  • Travel to various locations, courts, police stations, and government offices (e.g., Legal Execution Department) to attend hearings, file documents, and conduct investigations as required.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents to minimize risks.
  • Provide accurate legal opinions to the management team regarding business operations, labor laws, and corporate compliance.
  • Supervise and mentor junior legal staff (if applicable) and coordinate with external legal counsels when necessary.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.).
  • Must possess a valid Lawyer License (License to Practice Law) from the Lawyers Council.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in legal practice, litigation, or corporate legal management.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to various locations (provincial courts, government agencies, etc.) to handle lawsuits and legal transactions is strictly required.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
