The fund has decided to invest in creating a strong group of SME personal care brand and organic mom & baby care brand to take advantage of both local and international growth potential. The company was acquired for its loyal customers and excellent distribution. We are growing more than 50% over past 5 years and more than 70% for online channels in 2025. Company is looking for Affiliate Specialist/Manager to help drive our E-commerce sales. You will help build and drive our brands.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies to acquire new customers and drive sales for brand
- Identify, recruit and manage a network of high-performing affiliates and influencers (KOLs) aligned with the company's target audience and objectives
- Negotiate and manage affiliate and influencer contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships
- Monitor, analyse and optimization the performance of affiliate and influencer campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI
- Collaborate with the marketing and digital team to produce engaging content and assets for affiliate and influencer collaborations
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices and emerging platforms to continuously enhance the company's affiliate and influencer marketing efforts
- Maintain strong relationships with affiliates and influencers, providing support and feedback to ensure successful partnerships
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing or a related field
- Demonstrated success in building and managing profitable affiliate networks and influencer partnerships
- Familiarity with ecommerce platform especially Tiktok and related tools such as Kalo data and etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis, campaign optimisation and performance reporting
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends and best practices
- Creativity and a keen eye for identifying and leveraging the right affiliates and influencers to achieve marketing objectives
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
