Job Summary:

The Accounting Manager oversees the entire accounting function of the organization, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical accounting knowledge and leadership skills to manage a team and support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and fixed assets.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Thai GAAP / IFRS.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies as required.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure high performance and continuous development.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is highly desirable.
