Job Responsibility

  1. Coordinate port arrival, customs clearance, loading/unloading, storage and dispatch arrangements based on equipment arrival schedules and project requirements to ensure smooth equipment flow.

  2. Follow up on customs clearance for wind power equipment, verify clearance and certification documents, and communicate with customs authorities and brokers to ensure timely clearance.

  3. Coordinate on-site unloading, loading and storage operations, supervise safety compliance, and ensure equipment is properly handled and protected.

  4. Liaise with logistics and project teams to organize port dispatch and ensure smooth handover to onward transportation and site delivery.

  5. Handle common issues during arrival, clearance, handling, storage and dispatch by coordinating with relevant parties to drive resolution.

  6. Prepare and submit daily or weekly port operation reports, covering arrival, clearance, dispatch and key issues.

  7. Maintain daily coordination with port authorities, customs, clearance agents, logistics and warehouse partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, Port Operations or related fields.

  2. Minimum 3 years of experience customs clearance and port operations for oversized or heavy equipment in Thailand; experience with wind power equipment/components is a plus.

  3. Familiar with basic port and customs processes, with the ability to independently coordinate on-site operations and handle common port-related issues.

  4. Fluent in Thai, with good English communication skills; familiar with Excel, PPT and other office tools.

  5. Willing to work on-site at ports and handle irregular working hours; strong sense of responsibility, good execution skills and ability to work under pressure.
