1. Position Overview
This role provides high-level executive and administrative support to the founder and senior leadership team, while also ensuring smooth governance processes across corporate committees (BoD, IC, EXCOM, AC, RC). The position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage sensitive information with discretion.

2. Key Responsibilities

Executive Support to Founder

·       Manage the founder's calendar of appointments, coordinate meetings, and ensure schedules are respected and adjusted timely when needed.

·       Arrange and oversee complex travel plans, itineraries, and agendas across region.

·       Complete a wide variety of administrative tasks including preparing confidential correspondence, drafting reports, and maintaining records.

·       Act as a bridge for smooth communication between the founder and EXCOM and internal teams, maintaining credibility and trust with senior management staff.

·       Support expense claim preparation, visa/work permit applications, and other executive logistics as needed.

·       Conduct research and prepare recurring reports, such as investor monthly closings, company headcount updates, and other management reporting as required.

Corporate Governance & Committee Support

·       Provide documentation and governance support for Board of Directors (BoD), Investment Committee (IC), Executive Committee (EXCOM), Audit Committee (AC), and Risk Committee (RC).

·       Coordinate schedules across regions for IC/EXCOM meetings and assist members with related admin tasks and paperwork.

·       Track and follow through on action items arising from leadership or committee meetings.

·       Prepare, format, and circulate agendas, decision minutes, and Founder Memos.

·       Manage the e-filing system for governance documents, ensuring proper version control, approval tracking, and archival.

Stakeholder Communication & Strategic Support

·       Provide logistics support for investor relations, including gift preparation, stakeholder property visits, and meeting arrangements.

·       Support cross-border stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment and timely updates.

Operations & Administrative Liaison

·       Partner with internal stakeholders across business units to enhance operational coordination and ensure timely execution of leadership directives.

·       Assist with ad-hoc strategic or organizational projects with potential company-wide impact.

·       Provide coordination and support for company events, leadership offsites, and team gatherings.
