We are looking for a Junior Data Labeler to support the operation of our Data Science team. You will be working closely with our Data Scientist in a fast-paced environment to refine and enrich our data to improve our Data Science and Artificial Intelligence services. You will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people on our journey to become the No.1 food platform in Thailand.

What you'll Do:

You will assist in inspecting, labeling, and evaluating data according to the requirements.
The scope of tasks includes, but not limited to, the items below.

  • Classify and organize different aspects of search keywords, menus, items, and stores on LMWN
  • Assign attributes to search keywords, menus, items, and stores
  • Evaluate relevancy of product offering to users
  • Work with Data Scientists to improve data labeling efficiency

For a senior role, you will also support the Data Science team to tackling analysis tasks such as

  • Search performance analysis and evaluation, for example, root cause analysis of low performing searches
  • Competitor performance analysis and benchmarking

What you'll Need:

  • At least a bachelor's degree with a can-do attitude and detail-oriented skill
  • Fast learner and willingness to learn new tools
  • Effective communication regarding task planning, updates, and findings
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in tasks and priorities
  • Highly responsible and reliable to execute an assigned task according to a timeline

It would be Great if you have:

  • Experience using Google Sheets and functions
  • Experience with data labeling or search labeling process
  • Experience using AI tools
  • Experience performing data analysis tasks
