Responsibilities :

Product & SKU Management

  • Manage overall product & SKU lifecycle including listing accuracy, pricing across all channels, and SKU maintenance.
  • Monitor and improve top SKU performance, inventory levels, OOS ratio, and healthy inventory ratio.
  • Handle inventory planning, forecasting, RQNQ settings, and coordination with Purchasers for replenishment.
  • Maintain product database, clean up obsolete SKUs, and ensure accurate records in internal systems.

Business & Market Intelligence

  • Analyze product performance and provide weekly/monthly reports and insights.
  • Evaluate retail outlet performance and identify opportunities for eCommerce.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support commercial strategy.

Team Management

  • Manage project timelines and support team operations.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance for team members to achieve KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, standards, and best practices for product listing and content processes.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years experiences of Merchandising in retail business (beauty retail is preferrable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel (Medium to Advance level) and other computer related skills preferred.
  • Good communication, negotiation and managerial skills.
  • Able to solve the problems wisely.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
