Job Title: Hotel E-Commerce Associate (OTA)Location: Bangkok, Siam-CentralWorld area (partial WFH)Department: E-CommercePosition Type: Full-TimeAbout the role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Hotel E-Commerce Associate (OTA) to join our team. This role is to support in setting hotel rates, managing Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) / channel managers and help solve daily issues for our hotel partners. The key goal is to ensure our online presence is optimized, and our pricing strategies are competitive to increase revenue to meet our hotel partners' expectation.What you'll be doing:●Hotel partners supportRespond and resolve any inquiries, issues and requests from hotel partners.Coordinate with OTA platforms or channel managers to solve any issues.●OTA and Channel Manager TasksSupport in hotel rates setting and dynamic across various OTAs and channel managers.Monitor competitor rates and market trends.Monitor and update hotel contents on OTA platforms.Ensure rate parity across all distribution OTA channels.Monitor OTA performance and provide regular reports to the E-Commerce Manager.●Data Analysis and ReportingSupport in preparing and managing reports and related data.What we're looking for:●Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related fields.●Basic knowledge of OTA platforms and channel manager systems.●Good communication and interpersonal skills.●Communicable English skills.●Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.●Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Plus points:●Experience with OTA companies (e.g., Booking. com, Agoda, Expedia).●Knowledge of revenue management software or channel manager system.●Data analytical skills (Pivot, PowerBI, SQL)What We Offer:●Competitive salary and benefits - negotiable based on experience.●Performance incentives.●Hybrid work and other benefits.**Contact:Email: Call HR: Ben)Website: **
