Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating team members, managing resources, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Monitor and track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes in scope or schedule.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Report on project status, including progress, risks, and outcomes, to senior management.
  • Foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability within the project team.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience managing projects (experience in building materials/petrochemical preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello)
  • PMP certification preferred
