Responsibilities:

  • Plan, control, and manage the film production process to achieve targets in terms of quality, quantity, cost, and timeline.
  • Supervise and monitor production team operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Analyze production issues and determine effective corrective and improvement actions.
  • Coordinate with related departments such as Maintenance, Production Planning, and Quality Control.
  • Control the utilization of raw materials, machinery, and manpower to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Promote and continuously develop the skills and competencies of production team members.
  • Prepare and present regular production performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in plastic film production (such as BOPP, CPP, PE, PET, or others), with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in production line management, machinery operation, and plastic film production processes.
  • Good understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, GMP, BRC, and HACCP.
  • Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for production management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
  • Good command of English will be an advantage.
