About the Role

The QA/Tester ensures that every product we deliver — whether a website, CMS module, or application — meets high standards of quality, usability, and stability.

You'll test, verify, document, and collaborate closely with PMs and developers to deliver flawless digital experiences.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute testing activities for web applications and mobile applications (iOS / Android) across the development lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test reports to ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Perform various levels of testing including functional testing, integration testing, system testing, and UAT support
  • Log, track, and report bugs and defects using designated tracking tools, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up until resolution
  • Own the overall quality assurance process across each digital product — from requirement review to launch
  • Analyze requirements, UX flows, and system logic to define comprehensive test coverage and acceptance criteria
  • Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios across functional, UX, regression, integration, and cross-browser dimensions
  • Execute manual testing rigorously and document issues with clear steps, expected vs actual results, and environment details
  • Collaborate closely with developers to validate API responses, data handling, backend logic, and integration points
  • Work with PMs to clarify ambiguous requirements, potential risk areas, and expected product behaviors
  • Manage bug lifecycle — logging, prioritizing, retesting, and confirming fixes across staging and production environments
  • Coordinate UAT cycles with clients, ensuring clarity on test scope, scripts, and acceptance benchmarks

Qualifications
  • ​​Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1–3 years experience as QA / Tester (software, web, or app projects)
  • Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and structured working style
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze and explain issues clearly to PMs and developers
  • Curious, proactive, and quality-driven mindset
