About the Role

As a Project Manager at Tech BaseCamp, you will own the journey of transforming ideas into meaningful digital products.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, shape project vision, translate complexity into clarity, and ensure every deliverable creates real impact — for users, for clients, and for our team.

This role is for someone who sees project management not as coordination, but as crafting digital experiences with intention, structure, and heart.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, control, and manage the development of web applications and mobile applications (iOS / Android) to ensure delivery within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
  • Own requirement gathering by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Business, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA, and external Vendors
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear, structured project plans and execution strategies
  • Create, maintain, and govern project plans, timelines, scope, resources, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment across all stakeholders by driving clarity in objectives, priorities, and technical constraints
  • Oversee and maintain project documentation including BRD, SRS, Functional Specifications, User Manuals, and related deliverables
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of digital products — ensuring each project meets its technical, creative, and business objectives

    Translate complex requirements into clear functional specs, user stories, UX flows, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner closely with developers to define APIs, data models, integration points, and system behavior
  • Review UX/UI outputs to ensure alignment with technical feasibility and platform constraints
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-team workflows to keep delivery efficient and predictable
  • Oversee QA processes from test case preparation to bug triage, ensuring each release meets quality standards
  • Manage staging environments, release schedules, and deployment readiness with the tech team
  • Identify underlying risks (technical, timeline, dependency) early and drive solutions proactively
  • Ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date — SOW, change requests, release notes, tech handover docs
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between all stakeholders: design, tech, QA, and clients
  • Guide clients through decision-making by providing structured rationale, options, and technical implications

    Continuously improve team processes, workflows, and delivery frameworks to elevate the product and the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in roles such as IT Project Manager, Project Coordinator, System Analyst, or Business Analyst
  • Proven experience managing web and/or mobile application development projects
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Strong understanding of website, CMS, or application development processes
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills
  • Experience using project tools (ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and calm under pressure
