Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the distribution channel for product development.
  • Design and develop products according to the company's strategy and comply with regulations.
  • Perform profit analysis to ensure that the product satisfies company's profitability requirements and prepare product profit test report to get approval from authorized persons.
  • Prepare product related documents to get approval from regulator and provide information to relevant departments for implementation.
  • Review product specifications and sales materials.
  • Perform post-launched monitoring of new product profitability.
  • Perform experience study to support product pricing.

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in Actuarial Department of Life insurance.
  • Analytical skills and familiar with Group life insurance product.
  • Strong team player with positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Problem-solving skills and independent style.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timeline.
