  • Coordinate and apply for import and export permits/licenses in compliance with government regulations.
  • Submit required reports to government authorities such as the Department of Mineral Fuels (DMF) and Excise Department.
  • Handle import declaration under DMF privileges via the NSW system.
  • Coordinate with the Equipment Team to verify DMF-listed items for mobilization/ demobilization of overseas projects.
  • Prepare and summarize monthly DMF reports for submission to agents.
  • Manage equipment transfer processes to clients.
  • Handle scrap processing documentation and procedures.
  • Register vendors in the company's system.
  • Prepare and maintain internal monthly reports.
  • Provide general administrative support, including receptionist duties.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Basic knowledge of logistics (import-export process, customs regulations).
  • Knowledge of DMF (Department of Mineral Fuels) regulations is an advantage.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively across functions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines
