Procurement and Logistic

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic or related fields
• At least 3 years of work experience in related field.
• A solid procurement background with an open minded attitude and smart working manner.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• High responsibility and ability to work as a team and maintain good relationship with suppliers.
• Be proactive in problem solving, service minded.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and work closely with operations and support Team.
• Material planning and Logistics management.
• Take responsibility for contacting with the overseas and local suppliers. Ensure all products are arrived on time.
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management, with a professional skill for negotiations.
• Manage daily operations, including logistic co-ordination, liaison and support to other functions in the company, price/cost analysis, contract negotiation, policies and procedures compliance.
• Prepare local and overseas purchase order and stock report.
• Provide efficient logistic coordination and reduce costs to achieve company objectives.
• Import/Export arrangement. Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping to ensure necessary shipping documents are provided for smoothly customs clearance.
• Knowledge of shipping, customs regulations, import & export process is a must.
• Proven working experience to develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies, with clear tracking reports key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
