Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned projects from initial brief to final delivery.

  • Review design documentation and provide creative guidance.

  • Develop space planning, conceptual designs, and 2D layouts using AutoCAD.

  • Supervise and evaluate team members' design work to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Create 3D visualizations with 3Ds Max or similar software.

  • Prepare and submit individual and team progress reports.

  • Recommend improvements to design processes and enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

  • Minimum 3 years of interior design experience.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Proven ability to mentor and guide junior designers.

  • Highly responsible, self-motivated, and collaborative.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and key design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max (Corona or Vray), Adobe Suite, etc.
