As an Instructor at Top League Education, you are expected to provide high-quality instruction while also playing an active role in student engagement beyond the classroom. This includes participating in online teaching support via social media platforms and assisting with events and academic showcases.

Instructional Duties

• Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with Top League Education's curriculum.
• Adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and group dynamics.
• Utilize EdTech tools effectively in both in-person and online settings.

Lesson Preparation & Assessment

• Develop and submit weekly lesson plans and related instructional materials.
• Design and evaluate formative and summative assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regularly.

Classroom & Time Management

• Maintain class discipline, manage time effectively, and foster a positive learning environment.
• Ensure accurate attendance records and timely report submission.

Supporting Roles (Non-Classroom)

• Live Teaching Support (Weekly, 4 hours):

• Host or participate in live educational sessions on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.

• Promote academic content, answer student questions, and support outreach goals through engaging digital interaction.

• Event Support (As Needed):

• Attend and support school-organized events such as workshops, open houses, competitions, or exhibitions.

• Represent Top League Education professionally and assist in program delivery or student interaction.

Team & Professional Collaboration

• Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops, and peer review sessions.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and curriculum leads for program alignment.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant academic field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience.
• Strong command of English or the language of instruction.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to engage students digitally.

Preferred

• Teaching license or certification (e.g., TEFL, PGCE, IB Certification).
• Experience with international curricula (IB, IGCSE, AP, etc.).
• Knowledge of digital content creation or livestream tools (OBS, Canva, etc.).

• Flexible teaching schedule based on student demand and program needs.
• Weekly live online teaching content: 4 hours via social platforms.
• Occasional weekend or evening event participation.
• Mix of in-person and online responsibilities, depending on assignment.
