What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of commercial transformation projects and initiatives across the organisation
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and status reporting
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate information required for transformation efforts
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation
  • Monitor project progress and identify any potential roadblocks or risks, escalating issues as needed

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or project coordination role, preferably within a commercial or business transformation context
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
