Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the legal team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements
- Prepare and format legal documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Liaise with external legal firms and other departments to coordinate communication and ensure timely completion of legal tasks.
- Organize international and domestic travel arrangements for the legal team, including flights, accommodations, and transport
- Process and track travel expenses and reimbursements for the legal team
- Help in preparing presentations and reports for senior management as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, legal studies, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a legal environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
