About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Representative to join our Modernization Sales team in Bangkok. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of OTIS Elevator Company (Thailand) Limited's elevator modernization business. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and the elevator industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the elevator modernization industry
  2. Understand customer needs and present innovative elevator modernization solutions that address their challenges
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
  5. Actively monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform your sales strategy
  6. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or consultative sales role, preferably within the elevator industry or a related field
  2. Strong technical understanding of elevator systems and modernization solutions
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  4. Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills to close deals
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  6. Proficiency in both Thai and English languages
