Growth Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive scalable revenue growth, acquisition, engagement, and retention of our users/customers. You will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and analytics. You'll own and run experiments, optimize funnels, manage multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that every user experiences value—and that contributes to business ROI.
Job description:
- Own and evolve full-funnel growth frameworks (e.g., sign-up → activation → conversion → retention) to uncover friction points, optimize user journeys, and drive measurable impact
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance to surface insights, inform investment decisions, and guide product and marketing roadmap prioritization through data-driven reporting
- Develop, launch, and scale multi-channel growth campaigns across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels to acquire, activate, and retain users efficiently
- Manage daily campaign operations across countries and languages, including budgeting, bidding, creative testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization for ROI
- Lead the experimentation strategy—design, execute, and analyze A/B or multivariate tests—to identify scalable growth levers and improve funnel conversion
- Provide clear, data-backed insights that support quarterly planning, forecasting accuracy, and ongoing performance reviews with cross-functional partners
- Make strategic, evidence-based investments in paid and lifecycle initiatives to maximize marginal returns and accelerate customer acquisition and expansion
- Collaborate closely with product, analytics, sales, and vendor teams to align growth priorities, share learnings, and amplify business impact across markets
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital channels, tools / platforms, and best practices to continuously innovate and bring new growth levers
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with proven success driving pipeline and revenue growth
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets, analyze ROI, and report on full-funnel performance—from awareness to revenue impact
- Expertise in SEO, ads, paid social, events, and field marketing (tradeshows, company-led events), leveraging data and insights to optimize outcomes
- Established relationships with regional marketing agencies and proficiency with marketing analytics tools
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with hands-on experience in incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and creative optimization
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both English and Thai
- Self-starter with ability to operate independently and proactively in ambiguous scenarios and small company environment
