Objective

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development to be the part of sales team and drive market expansion. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial markets, and a strong passion for working with a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities

· Follow, develop and implement business development strategies to achieve performance targets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals and IB.

· Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service teams to optimize business outcomes.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to identify opportunities for business development.

· Represent the company at various events and activities.

· Report regularly and complete other tasks assigned.

We believe you have

Education: Bachelor/Diploma's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

· 3+ years of proven experience in the brokerage or financial services industry.

· Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading products such as Forex, Commodities, Indices, and Shares.

Skills:

· Proficient in English or Mandarin is a plus.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly responsible.
