Investor Relations Manager

Job Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact of the team to incumbent and prospective HNW and Institutional Investor
  • Oversee business development and investor sales from end to end
  • Grow and foster our investor client base by working both independently and with team members, to direct new client prospecting and develop lead generation and client acquisition strategies
  • Drive the usage of technology and interact across Siam Validus teams to continuously enhance processes
  • Manage conversion and liaise with back-office teams for onboarding of new clients
  • Guide ongoing servicing efforts for existing clients, including but not limited to:
  • Performance and investment portfolio updates
  • Company updates and frequent engagement to understand client investment needs or concerns
  • Outreach to inform clients of new investment opportunities, with a strong knowledge of the Siam Validus product suite
  • Adhere to SEC and Siam Validus standards, upholding the highest quality of servicing to ensure a top-class client experience
  • Manage and enhance the investor portfolio dashboards both for client holding reporting needs and for aggregate portfolio analytics and review
  • Further enhance performance tracking and signals management.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in front-office roles with a focus on investments/client management, preferably in a private bank or fund setting
  • Strong knowledge of investment products
  • Effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to pick up on non-core focus concepts and work across teams to achieve goals effectively
  • Able to independently handle communications with institutional client representatives
