Role Overview:

The Finance Associate
 plays a key role in managing the Group's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting, supporting monthly closing, and driving analytical insights for brand- and project-level performance. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a Finance Manager or FP&A leader within a fast-growing F&B group.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Build and maintain brand-level and project-level 
    P&L, COGS, and margin analysis
    .
  • Track actual performance against budget, identify variances, and provide recommendations.
  • Work closely with brand managers and operations teams to analyze ROI of pop-ups, campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Assist in 
    forecasting, cash flow planning
    , and financial modeling for new markets or brand rollouts.

2. Business Operations Support

  • Liaise with marketing, supply chain and production teams to track cost changes, raw material yield, and factory efficiency.
  • Monitor 
    CAPEX vs. OPEX
     spending and ensure spending aligns with approved budgets.
  • Prepare documents and schedules for investor updates, board meetings, and financing proposals.

3. System & Process Improvement

  • Support implementation of accounting ERP tools.
  • Develop templates and dashboards for performance tracking and cost control.
  • Recommend automation or standardization in reporting workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in 
    Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
    .
  • 0–4 years
     of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or FP&A (Associate: 0-2 yrs; Senior Associate: 2-4 yrs).
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; exposure to BI tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of Thai accounting standards, tax submission, and internal control.
  • Fluent in Thai and good command of English.
  • Experience in 
    F&B, retail, or multi-entity operations
     preferred.
