Job description

  • Assist in designing and implementing the organization's compensation and benefit programs to meet the organization's objectives for internal equity and external market competitiveness (include: job evaluation; salary administration; short-term, long-term and sales incentive plans; employee benefits; and/or executive compensation; salary packaging; retirement plans).
  • Researches and analyzes competitive compensation practices in the job market; contributes to established compensation surveys and/or develops and implements custom surveys as appropriate.
  • Maintains and updates compensation databases and the job description web site; consults with HR systems analysts regarding problems with programming and data integrity, and makes recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Assists and collaborates, as appropriate, in the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of the annual salary review program for regular staff employees.
  • Develops and writes job descriptions to accurately describe job content, utilizing specialized, relational databases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources management.
  • Knowledge of payroll administration, employee benefits, and welfare improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • Diligent, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English.
