Non-production Purchasing Engineer

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for non-production supplier sourcing, including price negotiation, cost analysis, contract signing, and implementation of purchasing strategy.
  • Identify and cultivate potential supplier resources, establish communication with demand sectors, and formulate effective purchasing strategies.
  • Conduct price negotiations with suppliers, analyze and establish target prices, exercise control over purchasing costs, and generate comprehensive purchasing reports.
  • Draft contracts, collaborate with the compliance and finance team, and ensure the meticulous execution of contract terms.
  • Analyze purchasing data, devise optimization measures for purchasing costs, and diligently work towards achieving annual cost reduction targets.
  • Perform data analysis for purchasing, establish a category price database, and maintain a robust supplier database.
  • Responsible for the establishment of the non-production purchasing process system for streamlined operations.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by leader.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in automobiles, business, or relevant fields.
  • Over 5 years of extensive experience in non-production purchasing within the automotive industry; familiarity with operations services, engineering, equipment, advertising, etc.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in English; Chinese speaking ability is preferred.
