About the Role

The Marketing Associate plays an important role in driving our inbound marketing efforts and ensuring a seamless customer journey. This position focuses on lead qualification, data integrity, and collaboration with Sales, leveraging cutting-edge AI-powered marketing tools and data technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Qualification & Management

• Qualify inbound leads via digital channels and phone outreach.

• Maintain accurate lead data and assign leads promptly to Sales.

• Engage with prospects to validate interest and gather essential details.

- Data Governance & Quality

• Perform account audits for accuracy and compliance.

• Enrich contact records for better segmentation and targeting.

• Apply quality scoring to prioritize leads and accounts.

- Sales Enablement Liaison

• Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales, sharing insights and enablement content.

• Escalate Sales requests and provide feedback to improve lead handoff processes.

- Special Projects

• Support initiatives related to data governance and marketing technology optimization.

• Collaborate on projects enhancing lead workflows and reporting.

Preferred Candidates:

• Proven experience in inbound marketing or lead management, including digital engagement strategies.

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

• Experience using data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Demandbase) and applying quality indicators.

• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI; understanding of machine learning concepts for marketing automation.

• Knowledge about project and workflow management tools like Workfront, and content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., predictive lead scoring, chatbots, personalization engines) and ability to use generative AI for content creation and campaign improvement.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail in data quality, governance, and lead prioritization.

• Clear and effective communication skills for customer-facing interactions and cross-functional collaboration, with proficiency in English

• Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
