About Us:

Sontana is a fast-growing startup in the hospitality and rental management space . We're looking for a Marketing Associate with energy, creativity, and a passion for brand growth. You'll play a key role in driving marketing strategies, building our brand, and attracting new customers as we scale.

What You'll Do:

Develop Marketing Strategy

  • Collaborate with the executive team to define marketing objectives, target markets, and brand positioning.
  • Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and vision.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.

Brand Development

  • Lead efforts to build and maintain a strong brand identity that reflects company values and differentiates us from competitors.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop compelling content that educates, engages, and inspires our target audience.

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, content creation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, booking platforms, and social media campaigns.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive online engagement.

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

  • Plan and execute campaigns to attract new customers and grow our user base.
  • Track performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality or property management
  • Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email)
  • Experience with marketing strategy and brand development
  • Data-driven and analytical, with excellent communication skills
  • Creative, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion for hospitality and rental management services
