Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Alfa Sistemi Thailand is a leading consulting firm specializing in digital transformation for international companies with branches in Asia. We deliver composable ERP solutions, IoT system MES And MOM solutions, integration services, and 24/7 support through a team of over 180 experts across Europe and Asia.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven experience in content creation, marketing, and the ability to manage active marketing initiatives and stakeholder relationships.

  • Provide operational and organizational support to the Managing Director.
  • Create and publish articles, blog posts, and social media content aligned with the company's communication strategy.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Coordinate active marketing campaigns and digital initiatives with HQ.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for meetings and events.
  • Monitor communication activities and report on performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in communication, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (fluent in English and/or Italian preferred).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
