User Manual Translator (Fluent English)

Responsibilities:

  • Create user manuals in English language based on actual product, factory user manual draft, and existing user manuals of similar products.
  • Translate user manuals in different languages based on AI supported tools.
  • Check on all translated materials, correcting linguistic errors, ensuring technical accuracy
  • Manage multiple translation projects , meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate with a global team around Europe and Asia, as well as partner factories in China.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree of Arts major in English, Linguistics, or related fields. (New graduate is welcome)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in translation or interpreting is a plus.
  • Very good in command of both written and spoken English. Chinese speaking is an advantage.
  • Keen to learn new things and further develop yourself in an international company.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented working style
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience utilizing AI- translation tools.
