Job Description

  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with accounting standards
  • Oversee financial consolidation to ensure consistency across entities and departments
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax requirements, and internal financial policies
  • Act as the primary coordinator for internal and external audits, providing insights and documentation
  • Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations including general ledger, payables, receivables, and project accounting
  • Drive timely month‑end and year‑end closings, including accruals, reconciliations, and intercompany balances
  • Strengthen internal control frameworks to protect assets and improve data reliability
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital while supporting treasury and banking activities
  • Identify opportunities to automate finance processes and improve reporting efficiency
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing finance and accounting team

The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; postgraduate qualification is an advantage
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is strongly preferred
  • Solid experience in finance and accounting with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and close processes
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and Thai tax regulations
  • Experience using ERP systems; SAP exposure is an advantage
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with high attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
  • Fluent in Thai with good command of written and spoken English
