I. Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the comprehensive financial management of the Thai subsidiary, including the coordination of financial and tax matters for both manufacturing and sales operations in Thailand, along with factory finance management and the review and reporting of local content rates.

  2. Lead the local finance team in collaborating with the group finance department to support business activities and mitigate local financial and tax risks.

  3. Manage capital planning and operations for the Thai subsidiary, while developing and maintaining relationships with local banks and financial institutions.

  4. Establish and implement financial management and accounting systems for the local subsidiary, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with group policies and procedures.

  5. Manage financial budgeting and performance analysis for the Thai subsidiary, proactively identifying and escalating potential risks in a timely manner.

  6. Oversee financial operations of the Thai manufacturing subsidiary, requiring comprehensive management experience across end-to-end plant processes—including familiarity with plant cost structures, calculation of local production fulfillment rates, and knowledge of local BOI incentive policies.

  7. Lead team management and foster continuous development within the Thai subsidiary's finance function, ensuring alignment and seamless integration with the group's financial operations.

  8. Drive financial digitalization initiatives and establish a financial shared services platform for the Thai subsidiary, including implementation and optimization of ERP and OA systems.

  9. Perform additional ad hoc assignments as directed by group headquarters.

II. Qualifications

  1. A bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; candidates must hold a Thai Certified Public Accountant qualification.

  2. At least 8 years of financial work experience is required, including experience in comprehensive financial management or supervisory roles.

  3. Thai is the working language, and fluency in spoken Thai is essential; effective communication skills in English or Chinese for interactions with foreign colleagues are also required.

  4. The candidate should be diligent, conscientious, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

  5. Strong cross-departmental and cross-functional communication and coordination skills are essential; the ideal candidate will have a global mindset, be principled, service-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

  6. An understanding of business operations and a global perspective are necessary, with the ability to provide constructive recommendations from an enterprise-wide standpoint.
