Role Description

We are seeking an experienced HR & Finance Operations Administrator to support daily HR operations, payroll processing, and finance coordination for our Thailand office. This role focuses on hands-on HR operations and payroll management, while finance-related tasks are supported in collaboration with an external finance and accounting service provider. 

The position works closely with internal teams and the Regional FC APAC, requiring strong communication skills in both spoken and written English. 

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations

  • Manage daily HR operations, including employee records, contracts, onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes in compliance with Thai labor laws
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation
  • Maintain HR documentation including attendance, leave records, benefits administration, and disciplinary records
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and annual performance review processes
  • Liaise with government authorities when required (e.g., Social Security Office, Labor Office)
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee data and HR records

Payroll & Statutory Administration

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately, including overtime, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and benefits
  • Coordinate statutory submissions such as Social Security contributions, provident fund, and related filings
  • Support tax-related payroll documentation (e.g., PND 1, etc) in coordination with external finance providers
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management

Finance Operations Support

  • Prepare quotations and sales invoices in accordance with approved contracts and internal processes
  • Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with internal stakeholders and external FA partners
  • Support audit preparation by organizing and providing required documentation

Office Administration

  • Handle general office administration, including vendor coordination, office supplies, and document filing
  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews as required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and payroll; experience in finance operations support is required
  • Strong working knowledge of Thai labor laws, payroll regulations, and Social Security requirements
  • Proven experience in monthly payroll processing
  • Comfortable working with external finance/accounting service providers
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with HR, payroll, or accounting systems is an advantage
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) — able to work directly with the Regional FC APAC
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, time management, and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a small to mid-sized organization or multinational company (MNC)
  • Familiarity with e-filing systems for SSO and payroll-related tax submissions
  • Experience supporting audits and compliance documentation
