  1. Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures and provide budgeting support.
  2. Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure all reports and projects are completed accurately and on time.
  3. Prepare for and coordinate financial audits.
  4. Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.
  5. Provide guidance to other departments by interpreting accounting policies and offering recommendations on operational issues.
  6. Ensure financial security through effective internal controls.
  7. Stay compliant with current legislation and accounting regulations; recommend procedural updates when necessary.
  8. Continuously improve professional knowledge through training, publications, and networking.
  9. Support organizational goals by completing related tasks as required.
  10. Supervise and manage accounting and finance staff to ensure smooth operations.
  11. Oversee key accounting functions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxation.
  12. Support quarterly and annual financial audits and corporate control reviews.
  13. Evaluate and improve current accounting practices and procedures.
  14. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
  15. Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and projects as needed.
  16. Manage general ledger activities and ensure proper documentation.
  17. Develop team members through goal setting, performance management, and continuous training.
  18. Work closely with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely year-end closing and reporting.
  19. Collaborate with HQ and group companies on financial and accounting matters.

Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting

- At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting within the manufacturing industry

- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience as an Assistant Finance & Accounting Manager or higher position in the manufacturing sector

- Holder of a CPD license

- Capable of performing month-end and year-end closing processes and preparing all required documentation independently

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial management, and administration

- Experienced in financial audits and coordinating audit processes

- Familiar with TFRS and IFRS standards

- Able to control and manage financial statements as well as budget reports

- Conversational level of English

- Proficient in ERP365 system
