Job description:

  • Lead and oversee design work for major renovation and greenfield projects from concept development and project planning through feasibility studies and budget planning
  • Act as Project Lead responsible for preparing detailed design plans personally.
  • Present and develop mall development concepts to ensure alignment with the overall Mall Concept
  • Ensure all design processes comply with relevant standards, codes and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to achieve project goals and manage project documentation meticulously.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the project team and stakeholders.
  • Support preparation and consolidation of design documents and information together with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Think outside the box and drive creative, innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7–9 years in Project Development, covering the full cycle from concept development, design management, and construction, with strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and materials.
  • Certification/Licensing: Licensed Architect (Architect Council of Thailand – Associate Architect, Architecture Major).

  • Strong team management skills with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve and align processes with project plans.
  • Leadership mindset with proactive and strategic thinking.

2. Hard Skills

  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel (must-have).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design-related software.
