SENIOR BACKEND DEVELOPER - GO Lang

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Backend Developer to join our team. You will work closely with a collaborative team to design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems. This role is suited for individuals at both junior and senior levels, with opportunities for skill development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Golang or other Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages.
  • Design and Architect Systems: Ability to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable system architectures, ensuring robust backend performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and designers to implement new features and improve existing ones.
  • Ensure database designs are optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Develop and manage cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
  • Debug and optimize backend performance to ensure smooth system operation.
  • Work with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and implement pub/sub patterns where necessary.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of complex distributed systems.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • 2–7+ years of professional experience in backend development with Golang or familiarity with other OOP languages.
  • Strong understanding of database design, query optimization, and caching strategies.
  • Experience with database systems, scalable architectures, and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
