For a Mechanical & Mechatronic Engineer to help design and develop cutting-edge battery manufacturing processes, tools, and automation systems. You'll work at the intersection of mechanical design, mechatronic systems, and product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to bring new battery packs and processes from concept to production.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Design and model mechanical and mechatronic components, fixtures, and automation systems using SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
  • Lead tool, fixture, and automation improvements to boost production efficiency and quality.
  • Apply GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure precise assembly.
  • Conduct FEA, mechanical testing, and failure analysis to validate designs.
  • Collaborate with engineers on new battery pack design and prototypes.
  • Integrate automation and mechatronic solutions into manufacturing processes.
  • Work closely with equipment vendors to develop proof-of-concept tools and systems.
  • Support engineering and quality teams in updating technical drawings and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in mechanical, mechatronic, or battery manufacturing engineering.
  • Experience in fixture/jig design, automation systems, and process scale-up.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and mechanical design principles.
  • Familiarity with battery pack design or web converting machinery is a plus.
  • Excellent communication in Thai and English.
  • Highly motivated, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
