About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Communications Officer to support our corporate communications, digital presence, and marketing activities. Ideal for early-career marketers with strong content creation skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to enhance our brand visibility in Thailand.

Digital & Content Management

• Update and maintain the corporate website with accurate, fresh content.
• Coordinate with headquarters and internal teams to ensure brand-consistent communication.
• Create content using company CI, including blog articles, website copy, social media posts, graphics, as well as non-digital materials such as brochures, catalogs, and promotional flyers.
• Support development and growth of social media channels and increase follower engagement (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube/video channel).
• Support end-to-end video content creation, including researching, scripting, filming coordination, basic editing, and publishing, while proactively helping to build the company's video channel.

Marketing Operations

• Manage physical marketing materials, samples, and promotional assets such as brochures, banners, roll-ups, and printed displays.
• Support planning and execution of exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events.
• Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan.
• Actively drives the company's visibility and brand presence.

Strategy & Coordination

• Assist the  BD-Manager in developing content, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
• Conduct basic market research to identify trends and content opportunities.
• Work with sales and business teams to develop localized content, case studies, and success stories.

Additional Responsibilities

• Track performance of social media and website analytics (basic reporting).
• Manage mailing lists and support newsletters or customer communications.
• Support internal communication initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Media, or related fields.
• Recent graduate or 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong passion for content creation (writing, video, social media, visuals).
• Experience in graphic design, photography, or video editing is a plus.
• Basic SEO or digital marketing knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of corporate branding and visual identity principles is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with relevant tools preferred.
• Excellent Thai and English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, creative, proactive.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to be hands-on.
