Position Overview:
 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing key client accounts and leading teams within an agency setting. As an Account Director or Account Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving client satisfaction. You will lead a team of account managers and executives, guiding them to achieve their goals and deliver outstanding results. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers and executives.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience
    in a senior client service role at an agency or as a Marketing Director.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
