Job Descriptions:

I. Financial & Accounting Leadership

  • Oversee and make final decisions on all corporate accounting and financial matters.
  • Manage all company funds, including cash, working capital, and capital investment budgets.

II. System, Compliance, and Controls

  • Establish strategies, plan, and control the overall accounting system to ensure compliance with GAAP.
  • Manage the financial reporting information systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Design, implement, and ensure a robust internal control system across all relevant operations.

III. Strategic Planning, Analysis, and Risk Management

  • Contribute to and participate in setting organizational strategy.
  • Analyze structures and set capital investment projections.
  • Utilize information systems to support management decision-making, highlighting the company's status and trends.
  • Control and supervise risk management and IT systems to enhance efficiency and create organizational value.

IV. Specialized Management

  • Manage and administer taxation and related regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience, with 5+ years at a management level in accounting or finance
  • Understanding of the work processes in financial institutions or hire purchase/leasing businesses
  • Having experience from Public Company Limited
  • License: Must be either a; a) Registered Bookkeeper (with DBD/FAP), b) CPA license
  • Knowledge of accounting profession, GAAP, and taxation relevant to the business
