Job Responsibility

Compensation & Benefits Management

  • Design and manage compensation structures and conduct salary benchmarking using market data and compensation surveys.
  • Monitor and analyze compensation trends, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Support the annual performance review and salary review processes, including coordination and data analysis.
  • Design, implement, and oversee employee benefits programs in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of all employee compensation and benefits.

Employee Relations

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and legally compliant resolutions.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR policies and practices align with applicable labor laws.
  • Mediate disputes and coach managers on best practices in people management and employee engagement.

HR Compliance & Records

  • Oversee and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Verify employee qualifications and ensure documentation meets organizational and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR with a focus on compensation, benefits, or employee relations preferably in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct investigations and manage sensitive HR issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
  • Ability to work in a team with a service-oriented mindset.
