As a Brand Manager, you will be a key driver in building and strengthening our brand presence in the Thai market. You will be accountable for the performance and competitiveness of assigned product brands by developing and executing effective brand strategies. This role involves market and competitor analysis, defining strong brand positioning, and translating long-term brand vision into actionable plans. You will also integrate brand objectives with the company's overall direction and create impactful storytelling to build meaningful connections with consumers.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to formulate strategies that drive sustainable business growth.
  • Lead brand growth initiatives by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Packaging, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales for new product launches.
  • Develop new product development (NPD) concepts and manage the end-to-end NPD launch process within agreed timelines.
  • Manage and control cost of goods (COG) according to defined targets for NPD launches.
  • Partner with the Sales team to provide clear brand direction and strategic guidance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend action plans to accelerate growth.

Marketing Strategy Execution

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve brand objectives.
  • Work with external agencies to develop integrated communication strategies, including creative development, media planning, and consumer insights, for both existing brands and NPDs.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Sales team regarding key initiatives and strategic priorities to support sales performance.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze sales results and media effectiveness following product launches and marketing campaigns.

Budget Management

  • Plan and manage the A&P budget effectively, covering media, non-media activities, and consumer promotions.
  • Monitor and track A&P budget utilization on a monthly basis.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly alignment meetings with Factory and Sales teams to report on project progress and marketing activities.
  • Regularly review market trends and sales performance using Nielsen data.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in marketing.
  • Background in the Snack and/or FMCG industry is required.
  • Strong communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High proficiency in English for both professional and business communication, supporting international collaboration.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
